After a recent move to the UAE from Rio de Janeiro, Vincent Allard has been appointed as the General Manager of Bistro des Arts, Dubai Marina’s favorite French  brasserie. With over 12 years industry experience, Allard brings strong commercial acumen, passion  for service excellence and a sound financial focus. He has most lately been the General manager at Canastra, Rio de Janeiro.

João Filipe Martins Garcia has filled the role as head chef. With 13 years  experience under his belt, João has hit the ground running adding his creative flair to the menu,  introducing over eight news dishes. He has most lately been Group Head Chef at Meraas Holding.
