Under the patronage of H.E. Majd Mohammed Shweikeh, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts hosted a festive lunch prepared by Top Chef Ali Ghzawi, one of RACA’s alumni who won the third season of MBC Top Chef Middle East and North Africa.

The celebratory lunch was held at the Academy’s premises. At this event, RACA’s Director, Chef Jacques Rossel, delivered a welcome speech in which he expressed RACA’s pride and joy of the success of its alumni Chef Ali Ghzawi, in addition to being the only Jordanian contestant in this reality competition series. The event included a seven-course menu prepared by Chef Ali Ghzawi consisting of authentic Levantine dishes executed in French techniques.

At the end of the event, Chef Ali was honored with a commemorative trophy to mark this occasion. Also, a gala dinner for public was held at RACA’s Terrace in which guests expressed their happiness and satisfaction of the plates as well as of the overall experience and atmosphere of the event.
