TIME Grand Plaza Hotel’s new GM

UAE-headquartered hospitality company, TIME Hotels, has boosted its executive team with the appointment of Bernard Fantoli as the new GM at TIME Grand Plaza Hotel in Dubai. He will assume the overall responsibility for the day to day management and operation of the 232-room hotel. This will also include the recruitment and development of staff and annual budgets. Furthermore, Fantoli will set strategic plans aimed to drive the operational excellence of the hotel and boost team productivity.

With more than 20 years of experience, Fantoli has worked on four continents, including numerous F&B posts across Europe, China, the Caribbean and several senior management positions both in the UAE and in his native Belgium for some of the leading global hospitality brands such as Hilton and Marriott. Fantoli will also bring in-depth knowledge of TIME Hotels’s F&B division having worked as Corporate Director since 2014 before his most recent promotion.
