Gulfood, the world’s largest F&B and hospitality show, returns for its 27th edition from February 13-17, 2022.
Taking place at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), the five-day show will bring together over 4,000 exhibitors, alongside a raft of industry policymakers, disruptors and game-changers from 180 countries to propel conversations from agenda to action and shine light on some of the biggest issues, new technologies and emerging trends in a sector increasingly influenced by evolving consumer behaviors.
Around 40 percent of the participants are newcomers offering market breakthrough products and innovations.
Spanning 21 DWTC halls, Gulfood will take a deep dive into the rise of e-commerce, spark a shift from dialog to direct action on zero waste, empower young talents in the food industry and bring together some of the world’s top chefs in an unmissable show.
Underlining the emergence and rapid growth of e-commerce, driven by the increasing transition to online shopping and delivery, the all-new Gulfood Inspire conference program will delve into key themes and opportunities, looking at how the digital marketplace is both a disruptor and facilitator across the F&B supply chain.
