Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) entered into a long-term lease agreement with Nakheel Hospitality & Leisure to manage Jumeirah Islands Clubhouse (JIC). The new leisure destination will be home to Isola Ristorante, The Pool, Joe’s Backyard Gastropub, RAISE Fitness & Wellness, Chloe’s Beauty, Hair and Nails Salon as well as Chaps & Co. Barbershop.

Scheduled to open in April 2021, Jumeirah Islands Clubhouse is an oasis for residents and neighbors. It offers a tranquil and private environment, complete with a full range of recreation and lifestyle facilities and services.

SHG is conducting a complete renovation of the 4,000-square-meter Clubhouse space, spreading it across landscaped areas and gardens.

Isola Ristorante is a new Italian concept that focuses on serving comforting and tasty dishes in a vibrant atmosphere. Inspired by the islands of Sardinia, Capri, Sicily and the like, Isola will offer a dining experience that pays tribute to the best Mediterranean ingredients and Italian flavors, pairing perfectly with the serene island atmosphere.

Adjacent to the restaurant is The Pool, a Riviera-inspired spot. Besides aqua-based fitness classes, the pool will boast cabanas, a lounge area and an all-day food and beverage offering.

Joe’s Backyard at JIC will be the second outpost of the popular gastropub, featuring a menu of flame-grilled flavors from around the world.
