The ‘World Heritage Cuisine Summit & Food Festival 2018’ will take place from October 12 till October 14, 2018, in the holy city of Amritsar, in the state of Punjab, India. It is an initiative to promote and preserve traditional cuisines of the world, where every participating nation is expected to share and present their traditional food practices and cuisine.

The summit is a celebration of long standing food traditions showcased by chefs. It will cater to all palates and food connoisseurs.

Presented alongside the chefs’ recipes will be the age-old techniques of traditional foods from across regional Indian kitchens and around the world. Live demonstrations and master classes by all chefs will be the high point of the three-day event.
