In Europe for the first time, running for five years, Global Restaurant Investment Forum (GRIF) is a three-day annual restaurant investment event that will be held from February 25 till February 27 2019 in NH Collection Grand Hotel  Krasnapolsy, Amsterdam.

The event will feature an industry conference, culinary tours, as well as networking receptions.

350 international restaurant investors, owners, operators, innovators and industry experts will be anticipated during the event. 40 speakers have already confirmed their attendance for this year’s edition of the show.

Highlighted topics will include the evolution of the industry, ‘The Convenience Revolution’, and young disruptors.
