Ennismore signs its first standalone development in Dubai, SLS Residences at The Palm Dubai, with Roya Lifestyle Development LLC.
Slated to open in 2026, SLS Residences The Palm, Dubai, will be located in a brand-new independent low-rise development. The hotel will offer around 113 luxuriously branded residences, including properties and penthouses. Residents will have access to panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah and the Dubai skyline and beach club, as well as full use of an exclusive clubhouse, an infinity pool, and a fitness area. The property’s ground floor will have 13 flagship residences, with two to four bedrooms, each with its own private garden.
