sbe, one of the leading lifestyle hospitality companies, in collaboration with World of Wonders Real Estate Development, has announced that SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences will be ready to welcome guests in the second quarter of 2021. The 75-floor property brings 254 hotel rooms, 321 hotel apartments and 371 branded residences. The property will be one of the tallest in the city.

SLS Dubai features a mix of F&B outlets including: sbe’s signature culinary concept Fi’lia, the authentic Italian restaurant; Carna by Dario Cecchini, a contemporary steakhouse from the legendary butcher from Tuscany, Italy; S Bar, sbe’s mixology lounge; Privilege, a signature rooftop nightlife venue; EllaMia, a café that brings its dedicated Los Angeles-based coffee culture to Dubai; and 12 Chairs Caviar Bar, an exclusive caviar bar reserved for just 12 guests. The project also features a fitness center, a salon and the exclusive Ciel Spa. Two infinity pools — the highest in the world — crown the hotel’s rooftop. 

SLS Dubai will mark the seventh SLS hotel in the world, with 17 additional destinations across North America, South America, and Asia planned within the next five years.

sbe’s residential portfolio stands at 1,300 branded residential units sold to date, which are valued at USD 2 billion, with another USD 2 billion more in the pipeline.
