The Salon du Chocolat was held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles from October 28 to November 1. It was a triumphant return for the world’s largest event dedicated to chocolate, organized this year in record time to the delight of 60,000 visitors.

Although the event was smaller to reflect the short marketing period and the absence of many foreign chocolatiers, 120 exhibitors gathered at Porte de Versailles.

“After so many uncertainties, we were able to put together a very beautiful exhibition, both in terms of the quality of the exhibitors who trusted us and the enthusiasm shown by visitors who came in large numbers,” said Gérald Palacios, president of the Salon du Chocolat.
