Two Roda Hotels and Resorts have been awarded at this years GCC Best Employer of the year awards: Roda Al Bustan for ‘GCC’s Best General Manager – Hospitality’ and Roda Amwaj Suites for ‘GCC’s Best Employer’.

Puneet Baijal, general manager of five-star Roda Al Bustan, was awarded the ‘GCC’s Best General Manager – Hospitality’ for his innovative leadership and unwavering efforts.

Sharon Dhaliwal, VP Learning and Development at Roda Hotels and Resorts, spoke of the two awards that Roda Hotels and Resorts received. “We are immensely delighted that our own Puneet Baijal has been recognized for the excellence he has continued to deliver at Roda Al Bustan for many years,” she commented. “His win is not only a great personal achievement, however something that the entire team should be proud of, who work every day, to uphold the highest standards of service associated with our hotel and our brand.

Best Employer Brand Awards were hosted in association with Employer Branding Institute, World HRD Congress and Stars of the Industry Group, and recognize best practices and outstanding professionalism in several geographical areas.

This year, the GCC edition named winners from Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, who were each presented with citations at the event, which was held at The Address Boulevard.
