As the hotel manager at The Palace Downtown, I gradually evolved from managing my department to overseeing all hotel stakeholders. Consequently, this pivotal role enabled me to foster collaboration across various departments, effectively uniting them towards common objectives. Additionally, I had the privilege of working under a general manager who empowered me to take charge confidently.
