Pierre Herme Paris boutique opens at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh

The renowned Pierre Hermé Paris patisserie has opened at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre.

The retail boutique invites guests and visitors into a world where artistry and architecture collide. Moreover, every treat displayed is a work of culinary wonder prepared to perfection: pastries, macarons, and chocolates crafted by French chef Pierre Hermé, blending flavors and textures.

The exquisite boutique is led by executive pastry chef Steve Thiery from Nancy, France. In 2019, after honing his skills for over fifteen years in resort and retail pastry kitchens across French Polynesia, France and Morocco, he joined the pâtissier’s global team.

The boutique’s impressive design reflects the beauty of its products and makes shopping a pleasure. Furthermore, the light, airy atmosphere of the space is calm and inviting. Also, the walls and flooring are elegantly draped in a mosaic of orange, brown and cream marble.

The architecture of the boutique is also noteworthy for its resemblance to historical landmarks. The circular-themed retail display showcases desserts behind elegant glass, resembling precious jewelry.

In addition, at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre’s new Obaya Lounge, guests can savor Pierre Hermé’s extraordinary creation in a laid-back ambience.

She studied Business Management and earned a Masters degree from Saint Joseph University (USJ), her thesis was published in the Proche-Orient, Études en Management book. She then pursued a career in the hospitality industry but didn’t give up writing, that is why she launched the Four Points by Sheraton Le Verdun Newsletter. Her love for the industry and journalism led her to Hospitality Services - the organizers of the HORECA trade show in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Jordan, as well as Salon Du Chocolat, Beirut Cooking Festival, Whisky Live and other regional shows.
