Phoenicia Hotel Beirut has welcomed Tracey Bolton as the new director of sales & marketing, bringing with her over 20 years of expertise in the international hospitality sales & marketing field to the role.

She makes the move from her native country South Africa to Lebanon, to broaden her horizons in the Middle East. Bolton’s decades of experience have brought her multiple awards for her managerial and executive sales achievements, and made her a much sought after talent for her wide-ranging skills in sales, marketing tactics, strategic planning, negotiation and much more.
