The Ascott Limited, in partnership with Homod Altheeb Holding, is introducing The Crest Collection to Riyadh. This marks the brand’s first-ever venture into Saudi Arabia. Located in the prestigious An Nakheel district, the luxurious property is set to raise the bar for hospitality in the region.

With its elegantly designed rooms, top-tier amenities and high-end facilities, the project reflects Ascott’s commitment to expanding in the kingdom. Moreover, it aligns seamlessly with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. The aim is to enhance the country’s tourism sector and establish Riyadh as a global tourism hub.

In addition to marking Ascott’s entry into the Saudi market, this partnership represents a key milestone in the company’s regional expansion. The Riyadh property will join a distinguished portfolio that includes iconic destinations such as Paris, London, Tokyo and Singapore. Furthermore, The Crest Collection is known for providing bespoke experiences that combine the heritage of a destination with luxury and sophistication. Moreover, this makes it a perfect fit for Riyadh’s rapidly growing hospitality landscape. As such, the new development reinforces Ascott’s reputation as a global leader in hospitality.

Scheduled to open in January 2028, the five-star property will feature an array of premium accommodations, including hotel rooms, serviced apartments and suites. Catering to both business and leisure travelers, the property will provide top-notch amenities. Furthermore, the hotel will include specialty dining restaurants, a signature Reading Room lounge and a range of wellness facilities. For business guests, there will be state-of-the-art meeting rooms and multifunctional spaces designed to host corporate and social events.

The hotel’s strategic location on King Fahd Road ensures excellent connectivity, placing it near Riyadh’s key commercial and lifestyle hubs. These include the King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh Digital City, Kingdom Tower and high-end shopping destinations.

Vincent Miccolis, managing director for The Ascott Limited, Middle East, Africa and Turkey, expressed excitement about the project, stating: “This debut marks a significant milestone for Ascott, strengthening our presence in Saudi Arabia and bringing a touch of timeless elegance to Riyadh.”
