Taiba Investments is introducing Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts brand to Madinah in 2028.

Waldorf Astoria Al Madinah will mark the brand’s debut in the holy city, introducing its luxury standards and signature service. Uniquely located on the northern side of the Prophet’s Mosque (PBUH), the hotel offers exclusive, direct views of the sacred site. Additionally, it is just a short walk away, providing guests with unparalleled access to the holy city’s key landmarks. This prime location enhances Taiba’s portfolio, aligning perfectly with the company’s vision of acquiring high-value assets.

The partnership

Sultan Al Otaibi, CEO of Taiba Investments, emphasized the importance of this deal: “This agreement marks a pivotal moment in our strategic growth, reflecting our unwavering commitment to enhancing Saudi Arabia’s hospitality.”

The hotel

Waldorf Astoria Al Madinah will feature over 300 sophisticated guest rooms and suites, offering guests a luxurious retreat in the holy city. Additionally, the hotel will present three world-class dining concepts, including the celebrated Peacock Alley café and two thoughtfully curated restaurants, one of which is a signature venue. Furthermore, the property will house two multifunctional halls, a boardroom and a private club lounge to accommodate various events. A dedicated prayer room will also be available, along with a state-of-the-art fitness center for guests’ convenience and well-being.
