Hilton has announced an agreement with M Hospitality to open Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa in Q4 2026. The upscale property will add to Hilton’s growing portfolio in the Middle East.

Carlos Khneisser, vice president of development, Middle East & Africa, said: “Hilton has been operating in Ras Al Khaimah for over 20 years. We are excited to be working with M Hospitality once again on this new venture.”

With Ras Al Khaimah expected to welcome over 3.8 million visitors by 2027, Hilton sees a great opportunity. Indeed, the hospitality giant currently has two hotels in operation on Marjan Island and this new resort will significantly add to its offerings.

Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa

Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa will feature 315 king rooms and 35 suites, offering spacious accommodations. Additionally, the resort will boast six restaurants and bars, providing diverse dining options for guests. Moreover, the range of leisure facilities will include a fitness club, a spa and wellness center and a 360-degree sky pool. The resort will also have tennis courts, a kids’ club, a dedicated children’s pool and a playground. Furthermore, the property will offer an executive lounge, four meeting rooms and a ballroom that can host up to 300 people.

Mohammed Ruqait, chairman of M Hospitality, said: “We are honored to unveil our latest venture on Ras Al Khaimah’s iconic Al Marjan Island.” He added: “Teaming up with the prestigious Hilton brand signifies the third milestone in our journey.”

Surrounded by Ras Al Khaimah’s serene coastline and diverse landscapes, the resort will be easily accessible from major airports. It will be just an hour’s drive from Dubai International Airport and 20 minutes from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport. Additionally, the resort will be adjacent to Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island. The new resort will bolster Hilton’s existing portfolio of 36 hotels in the UAE, including five in Ras Al Khaimah.
