Ritz-Carlton Reserve Abu Dhabi slated to open in 2029

Marriott International Inc. and Eagle Hills have signed an agreement to open the first Ritz-Carlton Reserve in the UAE.

Situated on Ramhan Island, an exclusive waterfront destination in Abu Dhabi, the property promises expansive views.  Furthermore, the collaboration with Marriott International on Ramhan Island marks a milestone in reshaping extraordinary experiences and redefining luxury hospitality.

“Ritz-Carlton Reserve will set new standards of excellence in the world of luxury experiences,” stated chairman of Eagle Hills, Mohammad Alabbar.

Sandeep Walia, COO of Marriott International  for the Middle East, added: “This monumental signing marks an important addition to our portfolio in the country, where we continue to see a strong demand for luxury experiences.”

Furthermore, developers are transforming Ramhan Island into a must-visit destination for travelers seeking unparalleled luxury and natural beauty. Covering over 4 million square meters, the ultra-luxury destination features a natural island connected by waterways. Indeed, the waterfront community will include charming residential villas, marina residences and luxury hotels with state-of-the-art amenities.

Moreover, slated to open in 2029, the reserve will be situated on a secluded island within the Ramhan Island master development. The Reserve will feature 50 private one- to four-bedroom luxury villas, including the region’s first floating villas with waterfront views. Additionally, plans include lavish leisure amenities and multiple culinary venues to enhance guest experiences.

Additionally, Ritz-Carlton Reserve offers a complete escape centered around human connection and unique elements of local culture. Created for discerning travelers, reserve properties are tucked away in handpicked corners of the world. Featuring chic, relaxed and intimate settings, they weave indigenous flavors with highly individualized service. Ritz-Carlton Reserve currently features a rare collection of seven properties in destinations including Saudi Arabia, Thailand and Indonesia.
