Millennium and Copthorne Makkah Al Naseem appointed Mohamed Abdel Fattah as new cluster general manager, who is an award-winning GM with an extensive international experience that extends over 23 years.

Graduated from the American University in Cairo with a bachelor degree in business administration – hospitality industry and a master degree from HotelSchool – The Hague, Abdel Fattah accepted many senior assignments throughout his career in various international hotel chains in the region including Accor, Hilton and Marriott.

He joined Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA in 2018 as general manager to M Hotel Makkah by Millennium. The hotel has achieved unprecedented accomplishments and scooped many awards during his envisioned management such as ‘Best Value Luxury Hotel’ from ‘Hotel of The Year Awards’ and ‘Best 5 Star Hotel in Makkah’ from the Arabian Travel Awards 2019.

Millennium and Copthorne Makkah Al Naseem includes 1,062 standard rooms as well as 190 suites. In addition to that, the hotel has ten meeting and conference rooms that can accommodate a total of 300 guests featuring the latest audio, video and presentation technologies, while the hotel great ballrooms are perfectly designed to host special occasions such as weddings, anniversaries or other events.
