Millennium Hotels & Resorts Middle East and Africa has signed a management agreement with Jersey Properties LLC, a real estate and development company.

The partnership aims at developing Studio M Al Barsha. It will be the second Studio M property in the UAE and will open in Q4 this year. The hotel includes 155 rooms.

The hotel will also feature an urban deli style restaurant, all-day dining outlet and coffee shop. Facilities also include a fitness center, swimming pool.
