Louvre Hotels Group (LHG) MENA has announced plans to launch 1,000 additional keys in Saudi Arabia. This strategic growth plan aligns with the group’s ambitious goal to double its footprint across the MENA region by 2030.
LHG is solidifying its presence as a leading midscale operator with hotels in Saudi Arabia, Algiers, Amman, Tunis and Muscat. Saudi Arabia leads the expansion, with the new pipeline reinforcing the success of its 16 existing hotels in the kingdom. The group’s robust project pipeline underscores its commitment to the hospitality and tourism sectors in the Middle East and North Africa. This includes introducing upscale and lifestyle brands like Royal Tulip, Golden Tulip, Kyriad, Tulip Hotels & Residences and Campanile.
Amine E. Moukarzel, president of Louvre Hotels MENA, said: “Our teams have been working closely with investment partners in key markets across Saudi Arabia, Oman and Algeria. The aim is to introduce compelling modern hotels that cater to the growing traveler needs in the region. Furthermore, we are planning a dedicated regional office in KSA to provide focused sales, marketing and operational support to our patrons”.
Additionally, LHG aims to increase room capacity by 35 percent, reaching 10,500 keys by 2027 to meet the rising demand in the region.
Currently, Louvre Hotels Group MENA operates 43 hotels, encompassing 8,250 keys in markets like UAE, Oman, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Tunisia and beyond. They continue to provide high-quality, technology-driven hospitality experiences that meet modern travelers’ evolving needs.
