Le Bristol Beirut Hotel appointed Joseph Coubat as its new GM. He brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality management to one of Beirut’s hotels that have a special heritage.

He will oversee the overall hotel in engaging with the corporate accounts and promoting Le Bristol as an iconic tourist and business destination in the region.

Coubat, has an MBA in Hospitality Management from the Institut de Management Hôtelier International Cornell – ESSEC in France.

He started his hospitality career in 1986, working initially in the food and beverage and finance departments.

Over the next two decades, he held many senior positions with major hotel chains including the InterContinental Hotel Group & Rotana Hotels Management Corporation as General Manager & Area Vice President before joining Le Bristol Hotel in 2018.
