What inspired the creation of MOOD LLC?

Mood LLC was initially born from a deep passion for culinary arts and a strong desire to elevate Saudi Arabia’s food scene. With this motivation, we set out to create a platform that merges global trends with cherished local traditions seamlessly. Furthermore, we offer carefully tailored services that aim to help businesses thrive within Saudi Arabia’s vibrant and constantly evolving F&B industry.

How does MOOD LLC balance innovation with tradition in Saudi Arabia’s evolving culinary scene? 

By honoring Saudi Arabia’s rich culinary heritage and thoughtfully incorporating modern techniques and trends, we create experiences balancing tradition and innovation. Moreover, by working closely with local chefs and artisans, we ensure that innovation carefully enhances rather than overshadows the essence of tradition. Consequently, this mindful balance consistently helps us stay relevant to modern tastes while remaining deeply true to our cultural roots.

What are your upcoming plans for MOOD LLC?

We are genuinely excited to expand our services, focusing on innovative culinary concepts and reaching new markets while supporting local businesses. As part of this growth, we plan to leverage our contracting division, which excels in designing and overseeing F&B spaces effectively. This ongoing success has inspired us to broaden our offering contracting services for larger architectural projects across sectors. By including private developments, commercial spaces, and complex ventures, we aim to meet a diverse range of client needs thoughtfully. Additionally, we’re actively exploring strategic partnerships and digital initiatives to strengthen our offerings within the evolving F&B industry.

Rita Ghantous is a hospitality aficionado and a passionate writer with over 9 years’ experience in journalism and 5 years experience in the hospitality sector. Her passion for the performance arts and writing, started early. At 10 years old she was praised for her solo performance of the Beatles song “All My Love” accompanied by a guitarist, and was approached by a French talent scout during her school play. Her love for the industry and journalism led her to Hospitality Services - the organizers of the HORECA trade show in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Jordan, as well as Salon Du Chocolat, Beirut Cooking Festival, Whisky Live and other regional shows. She is currently the Publications Executive of Hospitality News Middle East, Taste & Flavors and Lebanon Traveler. It is with ultimate devotion for her magazines that she demonstrates her hospitality savoir-faire.
