How does technology enhance the guest experience at Holiday Inn & Suites Kuwait Salmiya?

With years of experience as a hotelier, I have observed the industry’s rapid evolution, particularly with technology’s growing role. Consequently, we’re proud of the recent completion of the IHG Connect project, which enhances guest connectivity. This project offers free, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, enabling guests to stay connected with family, friends and business. Additionally, as a Holiday Inn brand, we prioritize building genuine human connections to ensure guests feel truly valued. Furthermore, we empower our colleagues to create memorable moments of delight, fostering a warm atmosphere. We also place high importance on guest feedback, which helps us improve. By tracking preferences, we understand how this data impacts future customers and our competitive ranking in guest satisfaction.

How do you plan to differentiate and position Holiday Inn & Suites Kuwait Salmiya – Kuwait within the region’s competitive hospitality market?

Holiday Inn & Suites Kuwait Salmiya is proud to be part of the trusted Holiday Inn brand, committed to excellence. Located in Salmiya, near The Scientific Center and Blajat Beach, it’s just a 20-minute drive from Kuwait International Airport. We offer 189 rooms and 92 suites with stunning sea views, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi. Additionally, our family-friendly hotel features the Kids Stay and Eat Free™ program, ensuring convenience for families. For business travelers, we offer 20 meeting rooms and two ballrooms, equipped for various events and gatherings. Moreover, guests can unwind and enjoy six specialty restaurants, an outdoor pool, and a 2,000 sqm health club.

What are some of the key initiatives that have been launched under your leadership at Holiday Inn & Suites Kuwait Salmiya?

Under my leadership at Holiday Inn & Suites Kuwait Salmiya, we implemented key initiatives to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency. Notably, we launched the IHG Connect Project, offering free, fast and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Furthermore, we focused on enhancing the guest experience, emphasizing genuine human connections and empowering our team to deliver personalized service. As a result, every guest feels valued and at ease. Additionally, we introduced Sustainability Efforts across operations, from energy-saving initiatives to waste reduction, aligning with global sustainability standards. Moreover, we expanded the Kids Stay and Eat Free™ program, making family stays more enjoyable and stress free. This initiative promotes a family-friendly atmosphere, which is highly appreciated by guests. Furthermore, we upgraded our Meeting & Event Facilities, including 20 meeting rooms and two ballrooms, catering to corporate and social gatherings. These upgrades have enhanced the venue’s appeal for diverse events and have attracted more business clients, solidifying our reputation as a preferred destination for both business and leisure travelers.

Looking ahead, what are your long-term goals and aspirations for Holiday Inn & Suites Kuwait Salmiya?

My long-term goals for Holiday Inn & Suites Kuwait Salmiya center on continuous improvement and regional leadership.
