InterContinental Aqaba Resort has been recognized for its performance in 2019 in the IHG General Managers Annual Meeting for IMEA that was held in Bahrain. 

The resort won the IHG Trailblazer award that is given out regionally by InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) to hotels that have successfully achieved outstanding results in the Winning Metrics, which is a tool to measure hotels’ performance across various areas, including Guest Satisfaction, Loyalty Recognition, Brand Standards, Revenue, among other important criteria. 

According to the Winning Metrics final results, InterContinental Aqaba Resort has scored full marks in all criteria and metrics, which is a solid proof of the resort’s meticulous efforts throughout the past year.
