IHG is hosting an open career day for voco Makkah, world’s largest voco hotel and voco Al Khobar on Thursday, September 5 2019. Being organized at three locations; Crowne Plaza Al Khobar, Crowne Plaza Jeddah and Dar Al Tawhid InterContinental Makkah between 9am and 5pm, the open day aims to bring together the best talent within the hospitality industry in Saudi Arabia and highlight multiple roles, across profiles, available at voco hotels in the country.
The newest addition to IHG’s global portfolio of brands, voco combines the informality and charm of an individual hotel with the quality and reassurance of a global and respected brand. Since its global launch, just over a year ago, voco has enjoyed rapid growth with multiple signings across the Middle East, including voco Makkah and voco Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia.
The 4,200-room voco Makkah, when fully operational in early 2020, will cater to the growing number of religious travelers in KSA. With a range of business and leisure facilities, voco® Al Khobar is set to be a great choice for both corporate and leisure travelers visiting the city, when the hotel open its doors to guests later this year.
Pascal Gauvin, managing director, India, Middle East & Africa, IHG, said: “Encouraged by KSA Vision 2030, the tourism and hospitality sector in Saudi Arabia is expected to grow and flourish in the years to come.
