Setting the stage for HORECA Talks at HORECA Lebanon, 8-11 April

From April 8–11, 2025, Seaside Arena, Beirut, will host the 29th edition of HORECA Lebanon. As the annual business meeting place for the hospitality and foodservice industries, the event will bring together thousands of professionals for four inspiring days, during which HORECA Talks will take center stage.

Organized by Hospitality News Middle East, in collaboration with Hodema Consulting Services, HORECA Talks will gather over 60 speakers from the hospitality and F&B industries, including well-known names and industry leaders, for a series of in-depth conversations. Indeed, the talks will cover the dynamics of today’s hospitality landscape, from Lebanon’s constantly evolving food and beverage scene to the rise of boutique hotels.

Why attend?

Attendees will have the chance to learn about some of the most important and relevant subjects influencing the hospitality industry as panelists discuss the most recent trends, consumer preferences and how local businesses are overcoming obstacles and grabbing opportunities in a volatile market.

What’s on the program?

More than 10 panel discussions will take place at HORECA Talks. One key area of focus will be the F&B scene in Lebanon, in which panelists will explore the latest trends, consumer preferences and how local businesses are navigating challenges and seizing opportunities in a rapidly changing market. The hotel sector will also be extensively discussed, from the challenges facing larger properties in Beirut to the rise of boutique hotels across Lebanon. Other highlights include Lebanese female chefs who have made an impact on the industry and a special session dedicated to Lebanon’s tourism sector, organized by Lebanon Traveler.

Hard Talks with leaders in the industry

Besides the panel discussions, HORECA Talks will feature 30-minute HARD TALKS with industry trailblazers, namely Rabih Fakhreddine (7 Management), Yasmina Hayek (Em Sherif Group), chef and author Philip Khoury and Giovanni Bolandrini (Pier 88 Group). These candid fireside chats will expose the hard truths behind succeeding in a competitive market, the ups and downs of business, how to expand while maintaining quality and consistency and more.
