Hilton’s luxury brands will continue an impressive momentum of global growth in 2022 with nearly 10 openings and new signings slated across Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, LXR Hotels & Resorts and Conrad Hotels & Resorts. This follows eight openings in 2021 across global leisure destinations, including Las Vegas, southern California, Kyoto, Seattle and the Seychelles.

Waldorf Astoria Kuwait is expected to open in spring 2022. Located within The Avenues, Kuwait’s largest retail, entertainment and lifestyle destination, the hotel will feature 200 rooms and suites. Guests will enjoy world-class dining venues, including the highly anticipated Japanese
Conrad Rabat Arzana, Conrad’s first Morocco property, is expected to debut in fall 2022. The new hotel will be part of the exclusive and new Arzana development and will feature 120 rooms. Guests will be able to experience locally inspired food and beverage at two restaurants offering all-day dining and specialty cuisine, in addition to the lobby bar and pool lounge. The hotel will also offer a spa and a salon as well as over 600 square meters of events space, consisting of a grand ballroom and four meeting rooms.
