Gearing up for Gulfood 2026

Building on the hugely successful Gulfood legacy, Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) has announced that the next edition of Gulfood will take place from January 26-30. The announcement has already attracted significant interest from key industry sectors during the 2025 show, reflecting growing anticipation.

Two venues, double the Impact

Dubai Expo City, the host of both Expo 2020 Dubai and COP28, is on track to become a premier business hub. As the largest purpose-built indoor events and exhibitions venue in the region, it offers significant potential for growth. With its twin-venue capacity, Expo City will meet the increasing demand for space, ensuring flexibility and expansion. Moreover, it will introduce new sectors under the existing Gulfood umbrella, adding tremendous value for participants.

The future of Gulfood celebrated

Aligned with its robust growth trajectory, Gulfood 2026 will offer immense opportunities for disruptors and new product innovations. Consequently, exhibitors will gain a first-mover advantage in a ripe market at the year’s first major food event. Furthermore, leading and new-to-market F&B brands will have ample opportunities to showcase a wider range of products and services. Additionally, the expansive show floor will offer more creative presentation capabilities, while first-time exhibitors will benefit from a brand-new platform. As a result, they will present groundbreaking innovation to a diversified global community of buyers across the industry.

Other Gulfood events

The 2026 edition of Gulfood will introduce new sectors, including Digital Innovation, Startups, Logistics, Fresh & Perishables and more. Additionally, existing sections such as Power Brands, Pulses & Grains, Fats & Oils and Dairy will also return. Consequently, the event will feature an even broader spectrum of the food and beverage industry.

Furthermore, other events under Gulfood will be incorporated into the mega show’s new format. For instance, Gulfood Green will provide a platform for the entire food ecosystem to exchange insights on sustainability and food security. Moreover, Gulfood Startups will connect the global F&B start-up community with venture capitalists, angel investors and other innovation builders.

In addition, GulfHost, MENA’s premier hospitality and foodservice equipment event, will join Gulfood this year. This presents a significant opportunity for the industry to explore advancements in smart kitchens, AI & automation, and sustainable solutions. As a result, new innovations will help elevate operations and customer experiences in the foodservice sector.

Moreover, Gulfood Logistics will be added as a new sector, bringing together aspects of logistics such as supply chain management and cold chain solutions. This will provide a comprehensive view of the logistics ecosystem shaping the F&B industry, with cutting-edge innovations in transportation and storage.
