Four Seasons Beirut Now Offering Catering Services

Rami Z. Sayess, Regional Vice President and General Manager talks to HN about the hotel’s newest offering.

What brought about the idea of creating this service and why now?

We have always believed that catering is a natural service extension to our existing facilities. Now that we have built a reputation in the local market and invested in equipment and resources, we are ready to take the Four Seasons experience beyond our restaurants/outlets so our customers may enjoy true luxury in the comfort of their own homes or the venues of their choice. Over the past few years, our goal was to introduce our F&B offerings to the local guests and we have done so successfully throughout the hotel.

What services do you aim to offer and how do these differ from what is available?

It’s very exciting for us to take the legendary Four Seasons service into the local market. The exquisite craftsmanship and intricate detailing within our hotel will be matched with our outside catering events along with our world-renowned personalized service, allowing our clients to enjoy a truly one of a kind and memorable experience. Our dedicated catering team offers a wealth of experiences to help bring our clients’ desires to life. From private consultations, offsite visits to personalized menus, clients will be provided with a personal Four Seasons team overseeing every aspect of their event, from food to service, as well as unrivaled quality. It is these exact standards and commitment to excellence that differentiate us from what is already available in the market.

Lastly, what are the main countries you eventually would like to cater to?

With regards to the Four Seasons Hotel Beirut, outside catering services will be offered within Lebanon. But as the company rapidly expands and numerous hotels and resorts are scheduled to open in the near future, I am very confident that several new markets will have the chance to experience the outstanding catering services on offer. Keep in mind that most of our hotels in the region currently offer outside catering from small office parties to major events, weddings etc…
