In celebration of its 10th anniversary, GRIF is now set to host an exclusive gathering of leading restaurant operators and investors in the vibrant city of Edinburgh from October 7-8.

This close-knit gathering of industry powerhouses is designed to cultivate valuable connections, drive strategic deals, and facilitate key discussions on the latest industry trends, aimed at propelling the global expansion of restaurant brands.

Celebrating 10 years of GRIF

Built on strong community values and industry passion, GRIF has facilitated over 90 deals, including global expansions and partnerships. Moreover, these deals include hotel food and beverage partnerships, franchise agreements, strategic alliances and investment ventures over the past few years. As an innovation hub and deal-making forum, GRIF has hosted insightful briefings, conferences and study tours across major global markets. Specifically, these events have taken place in prominent locations, such as Dubai, Amsterdam, Saudi Arabia, London and Nairobi, to enhance collaboration. Now, under Jennifer Pettinger-Haines’ leadership, GRIF is entering its next chapter by celebrating a significant 10th anniversary. This milestone event will unite both operators and investors who have contributed to GRIF’s success and new industry leaders.
