Hilton Doha The Pearl Hotel and Residences appointed Denzil Pereira to manage its five varied F&B outlets. Pereira brings 14 years’ experience to the role having worked for major hospitality brands in the Far East, Middle East and India.
He joins the Doha property from China, where he spent over two years as cluster operations manager for the Conrad Dalian & Hilton Dalian.
At Hilton Doha The Pearl Hotel and Residences, Pereira will manage the functions of the F&B outlets, including: Levantine Lebanese restaurant, Lobby Café and the casual The Kitchen.
