Delano Dubai reopens in October 2024

Delano Dubai is poised to open its doors in October 2024, setting a new standard in luxury hospitality.

Capturing the energy and culture of Miami, the hotel transports guests into a world of contemporary design, legendary spirit and chic sensibility. Framed against the pristine shores of Bluewaters Dubai, a vibrant lifestyle destination by Dubai Holding, the hotel will feature 167 guestrooms and 84 suites and a five-bedroom penthouse all designed in Delano’s signature understated style. Three culinary and mixology experiences, including the renowned Rose Bar, promise to be profoundly unforgettable. Meanwhile, the seafront swimming pool invites guests to gather and socialize.

Delano’s legacy

Delano made a splash in Miami in the mid-90s, instantly captivating the social elite with its avant-garde approach to luxury. Rejecting staid traditions, it defined luxury through attention to detail, discernment and personalized experiences. Furthermore, the upcoming opening of Delano Dubai marks a milestone in the brand’s evolution, embodying and elevating the principles that secured the original’s legendary status. It also ushers in a new era of lifestyle hospitality characterized by refined luxury, sophisticated style and bespoke service.

Delano Dubai’s design

Conceived by Elastic Architects and LaBottega, Delano Dubai’s interiors reflect the chic, understated styling of Philippe Starck’s Miami original. Furthermore, the low-slung exterior, marked by verdant manicured topiary reminiscent of South Beach’s infamous hedge, creates a discreet arrival experience. Moreover, the soft, flowing fabrics drape to transition guests into Delano’s textured, sensory world. Additionally, bright, light-filled spaces using the brand’s signature white form the foundation of a layered, tactile aesthetic. Organic forms and natural materials define guest areas, flowing seamlessly into English gardens and tree-studded terraces.

Delano Dubai’s rooms and suites

Delano Dubai’s 251 rooms and suites embrace modern design with soft, curved silhouettes and rich textures. Each guestroom is an enveloping, light-filled retreat, complete with a tonal color palette, bespoke furnishings and luxurious marble bathrooms. The hotel also offers 83 suites with one or two bedrooms, elegant living and dining spaces and private outdoor areas, including terraces, gardens and pools. Crowning the hotel is the Delano Penthouse, an unparalleled five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence on the seventh floor. It features a personal elevator entrance, private infinity swimming pool, and two terraces offering spectacular views over the city skyline and the Arabian Gulf.

Culinary excellence

As a social hub, Delano Dubai features three distinctive restaurant and bar concepts. Tutto Passa, an amber-hued Italian restaurant and terrace, brings the Amalfi coast to Bluewaters Dubai. Blue Door, a beachfront restaurant, pays homage to its iconic namesake. Furthermore the reimagined Rose Bar, a legend of the Miami scene, encapsulates the famed conviviality and wit of the Delano classic, attracting Hollywood elite and music legends alike.
