Oman’s Crowne Plaza Muscat hotel has reopened following the completion of a renovation operation at the facility. Renovation involved the lobby, the pool, as well as the reception area, in addition to extending the F&B terrace.

Gulf Hotels, owners of the property, awarded Douglas OHI a USD 5.3 million contract to renovate the hotel.

The project which kicked off in March 2018, was expected to cost USD 9 million, as reported Arabian Industry.

The facility’s porte-cochère, lobby, new infinity pool, and reception area were renovated, while its food and beverage terrace was extended.
