One below-grade parking level, thirteen podium levels consisting of the main building entrance level, parking levels, a shopping center, restaurants, ballrooms, and swimming pools. Four hotel and residential towers above the podium that extend between the fourteenth and the twenty sixth level. Adjacent north and south towers connect between the twenty seventh level and the roof level.

New U.S. Embassy Compound

The principal building of the project is the New Office Building (NOB). The NOB is a special construction project, and is extremely complicated at all levels.
