The training center of Campus de Groisy has signed an agreement with Maroun Chedid Cooking Academy, which was created by the famous chef Maroun Chedid.
The training center was established in 1973 by professional federations to train young people in their trades, including bakery, pastry, butchery and delicatessen.
Maroun Chedid Cooking Academy is a contemporary 700-square-meter space located in the heart of Beirut, offering cooking classes for professionals and amateurs alike.
This collaboration illustrates the strategy of Maroun Chedid Cooking Academy to solidify its standing as a pioneering academy on the Lebanese culinary scene thanks to its varied portfolio, in addition to the massive gastronomic experience it offers.
Maroun Chedid Cooking Academy welcomes all foodies and professionals and provides them with a unique selection of courses and workshops that lets them explore different cooking techniques. As always, the academy offers exceptional opportunities to hone the culinary skills of its students and clients.
In this regard, Chef Maroun Chedid seized the opportunity to provide professionals with the support and fundamentals necessary to achieve the highest standards in the industry by introducing a unique collaboration with Campus de Groisy and chef Guillaume Bonin, their bakery trainer at the campus.
This partnership will significantly contribute to providing exceptional experiences in the field of catering cuisine and will add great value to the Lebanese culinary scene. The five-day French Bakery Classics program will take place from February 14 to 18 from 8am to 6.30pm at Maroun Chedid Cooking Academy – Beirut.
A certificate will be issued by the Groisy Campus at the end of the training.
