Hospitality veteran Bhavesh Rawal has been appointed hotel manager of the brand new Aloft Hotel Al Mina and Element Hotel Al Mina.

Rawal’s appointment plays a crucial role in supporting Marriot International’s continual growth and expansion strategy throughout the region.

With a total of 22 years of professional experience within the F&B and hospitality industries, he has made a successful career rising through the ranks, from an executive chef to executive assistant manager food & beverage at JW Marriott Dubai.

With budgeting, team building and customer relationship skills, Rawal has the talent and ability to deal with internal and external customers, ensuring exceptional guest service standards.

Throughout his career, Rawal was part of the teams that were awarded renowned accolades such as the World Luxury Restaurant Award and Best Steakhouse of Middle East Award for JW Steakhouse as well as the Marriott Catering and Excellence Award from Marriott International.
