Avani Hotels & Resorts continues its expansion with the launch of its first new-build hotel in the Middle East region – Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai.

The new 18-storey hotel offers 360 rooms and suites, a spacious terrace with resort-style swimming pool, cabanas and poolside dining.

The hotel offers three dining outlets. Pantry by Avani is a café conveniently located in the hotel’s main atrium lobby, ideal for a coffee or light bite. On the hotel’s third level Flavours Kitchen & Lounge offers all-day dining overlooking the pool and terrace. With an indoor and outdoor dining area, the menu includes a selection of Arabic dishes and international favorites. On the outdoor terrace alongside the pool, Liquid serves a range of refreshing beverages and snacks, perfect to enjoy by the poolside.

Among the highlights of the hotel are its swimming pool and terrace which look out over Ibn Battuta and views beyond. Featuring cabanas and day beds, guests can relax by the pool or keep their fitness up with laps. The pool and terrace are the perfect space for hosting social events, able to accommodate up to 200 guests for an alfresco cocktail party or event. Additional facilities include an AvaniFit gym and outdoor yoga deck.

Avani Hotels & Resorts currently operates 31 properties in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, most recently debuting in Cambodia and South Korea, in addition to Krabi in southern Thailand, the eighth Avani in the country. The brand has a strong pipeline of new properties under development, including in such new destinations as the Maldives and Oman.
