Nakheel is gearing up to inaugurate its latest property, Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel, in coming November. The hotel will have 360 rooms.

Developed by Nakheel, Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel is strategically located adjacent to the recently-opened Ibn Battuta Metro Link connected to Ibn Battuta Mall. The new-build 18-storey hotel will feature a pool, a gym, an all-day dining restaurant, a coffee shop and car parking.

Avani currently operates 27 hotels and resorts in 18 countries. The brand recently debuted in Cambodia, South Korea, and Bali, Indonesia. Avani currently has 15 new hotels in the pipeline, including a third hotel in the UAE, Malaysia and Myanmar.
