Ant Ventures, the holding company that manages and operates Casper & Gambini’s, Eatalian, Falafel & More, From The Tree, Bab Idris, Silverspoon, Caspresso, PanPot and Tarator, has kicked off 2021 full force. The F&B firm which runs 56 operations across 12 cities, has been promising its guests superior quality and innovative concepts since its inception two decades ago.

Casper & Gambini’s, which was founded in 1996, is an all-day restaurant and café that specializes in serving casual gourmet meals and an award-winning signature coffee with an emphasis on health and freshness. 

The restaurant has successfully expanded in different cities around the world, including Beirut, Jeddah, Doha, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Amman, Cairo, Alexandria, and Lagos.  Casper and Gambini’s has recently opened its first branch in Damascus, Syria and will open in Baghdad, Iraq, in Q3 quarter 2021.

Tarator and Casper & Gambini’s are now open in Dubai through Deliveroo and Home in a Bite website. Tarator is a Lebanese quick service restaurant concept by Casper & Gambini’s, specialized in falafel, shawarma, grills, and breaded chicken.
