Simple words describe Aline Kamakian’s new initiative. The passionate foodpreneur, founder and CEO of Fig Holding, behind the renowned F&B concepts Mayrig and Batchig, has found a new channel to connect with her audience and share her love for cooking and cultural exchange through gastronomy.
In a five-minute quick-do show, ‘Cook with Aline’ teaches you how to prepare the best Armenian dishes.
“It is another way to spread the Armenian culture,” Kamakian told HN. She focuses on simple, healthy, and easy to prepare recipes in order to reflect her unending love for this cuisine.
Kamakian plans on growing her YouTube channel even more and adding new recipes continuously. “Videos are the best way to spread the reach out to audiences. I had the intention to kick off this initiative a while ago, then came COVID-19 so it was the best opportunity,” she explained.
