Intercontinental Jordan Hotel and in coordination with the Belgium Embassy, hosted a four-course gala dinner with Michelin-star Chef Sang Hoon Degeimbre at the Atrium restaurant.

Bringing together his creative cooking methods that unleash an abundance of flavor and driven by his passion for new discoveries, the Belgian chef created for the occasion a unique Jordanian dish called ‘Wadi Rum’.
