Souq Al Wakra Hotel Qatar by Tivoli has just launched in Al Wakra, the up-and-coming seaside district just a 20-minute drive south of Doha. Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is part of the Minor Hotels and currently operates 16 properties in Portugal, Brazil and Qatar.

It is developed by Al Rayyan Project Management (ARPM) is a Qatar-based project development company that provides consultancy, development, and management services for projects that are of special interest, both locally and internationally. The company has established its credentials by developing Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli, a collection of nine luxury boutique hotels located in Doha’s iconic cultural landmark, the ancient Souq Waqif, now a popular tourist attraction in Qatar.  In addition Al Diyafa Hotel Suites is a seven storey sophisticated full service hotel apartment complex which offers ideal living in the heart of Doha.

Both buildings are former heritage houses where original character has been splendidly preserved with the architecture mirroring a Qatari house or fortress.

 In keeping with the local heritage, each of the guest rooms and suites features classic thatched roofs, reflecting traditional basket weaving elements.

Souq Al Wakra Hotel Qatar by Tivoli has five restaurants and lounges and a spa, in addition to a multipurpose boardroom and a business center available in each building.
