Signing Ceremony for Sheraton Al Khobar Al Hamra

Marriott International has announced the signing of Sheraton Al Khobar Al Hamra with Ashaad Company. This marks the brand’s debut in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Anticipated to open in 2028, Sheraton Al Khobar Al Hamra will embody the brand’s refreshed vision. 

Chadi Hauch, regional vice president, lodging development, Middle East, Marriott International, said: “Sheraton has had a long-standing presence in the kingdom. Furthermore, we are excited to work with Ashaad Company to further expand the brand’s portfolio in the country. This hotel will embody Sheraton’s new identity. It offers guests a unique experience through enhanced services and designs while staying true to its legacy.”

Inside Sheraton Al Khobar Al Hamra

Sheraton Al Khobar Al Hamra will feature 580 elegantly designed guestrooms and suites, combining modern comfort with a sophisticated aesthetic for an elevated stay experience. In alignment with the brand’s new direction, the hotel will offer three distinct culinary concepts, integrating technology-driven designs in line with Sheraton’s refreshed F&B philosophy. Furthermore, guests can enjoy inviting lounges and collaborative spaces.

Design plans for the property also include versatile banquet halls, modern meeting rooms, expansive conference spaces and an elegant party hall. Additionally, guests can take advantage of premium recreational amenities.

Strategic location and Aleph Hospitality’s Role

Sheraton Al Khobar Al Hamra will be located near Al Shbaily Mall, and the King Fahd Causeway connecting Saudi Arabia to Bahrain. Working alongside Marriott International and Ashaad Company, Aleph Hospitality will oversee the franchise property’s operations to ensure excellence.

This will be our third property in collaboration with Marriott International in the Middle East.
