New Tribute Portfolio hotels

Slated to open in 2027, the Tribute Portfolio Hotel at Forty West will be a significant addition to West Cairo. Furthermore, the hotel will comprise 170 guestrooms, including 48 suites, along with multiple dining experiences and recreational facilities. Situated in SODIC West, the hotel will be accessible from Sphinx Airport, a short drive from the Grand Egyptian Museum and within close proximity to the Giza Pyramids, making it a prime location for tourists and business travelers alike.

The second Tribute Portfolio Hotel will open in 2029 in June, SODIC’s Miami-inspired beachfront destination. Located in the Ras al Hekma area on the North Coast, this hotel will feature 180 guestrooms and various dining and leisure facilities.

Sandeep Walia, COO – Middle East, Marriott International, said: “We continue to see growing demand for independent hotel experiences. Furthermore, the signing of these two Tribute Portfolio Hotels marks an important milestone for the brand in Egypt. Moreover, Egypt remains an exciting growth market for Marriott. We look forward to bringing the brand’s authentic and vibrant experiences to landmark developments in West Cairo and the North Coast.”
