UHM launched with a strategic focus on expansion in the Middle East. UIP has previously managed hotels for three decades and plans to redefine the art of hospitality. With UHM, the plan is to manage over 100 hotels and resorts globally in the next five years.
UIP owns Pine Cliffs and the Sheraton Cascais Resort in Portugal, along with brands like Hyatt Regency and Yotel. In 2021, the company transitioned assets from management to franchise agreements, establishing a dedicated hospitality arm.
As for United Hospitality Management (UHM), the company excels in global hospitality concepts, focusing on the Middle East. UHM manages hotels, resorts, branded residences and vacation homes, with a portfolio of almost 3,000 rooms, including industry-leading brands. UHM’s agile, owner and customer-centric model, backed by an experienced team, emphasizes innovation and adaptability to guests’ needs.
UHM owns the award-winning Serenity Spa, present in Europe, and is set to open its first Middle East location in January 2024. Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort and Arabella Beach Hotel Kuwait mark UHM’s start in the Middle East, with more planned signings ahead.
