Charles Clark named new general manager of Hyde Hotel Dubai

Ennismore has named Charles Clark as the new general manager of Hyde Hotel Dubai. Taking over from Luke James, Clark will assume responsibility for the hotel’s day-to-day operations, leading the team to deliver exceptional service and create innovative guest experiences.

Clark is a highly motivated and dynamic hotelier, bringing with him over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality and F&B operations. He embarked on his career as a management trainee at Kensington Park Thistle Hotel after successfully completing his national diploma in hotel catering management from Scarborough College in New Yorkshire.
In 1999, Clark transitioned from the food and beverage industry to operations management, where he served as the operations manager at the Hilton London Olympia. Over the next decade, he held various leadership positions at Hilton hotels across the UK, culminating in his role as the director of operations at London Hilton on Park Lane before venturing into the Middle East.
In 2009, Clark joined Jumeirah Beach Hotel as a hotel manager and later advanced to the position of general manager at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel. Subsequently, he returned to Hilton in 2018 as the general manager of Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City. Most recently, he served as the general manager at ME Dubai in The Opus by Zaha Hadid.

She is currently the Publications Executive of Hospitality News Middle East, Taste & Flavors and Lebanon Traveler. It is with ultimate devotion for her magazines that she demonstrates her hospitality savoir-faire.
