Four Seasons Hotel Amman appoints new executive chef

Four Seasons Hotel Amman has announced Francesco Greco as its new executive chef. Greco will oversee the hotel’s entire culinary operations, which include La Capitale Brasserie, Olea Restaurant, The Foyer Lounge, Five Grill & Lounge, as well as in-room dining and banqueting events.  

 The talented chef has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. He has held positions at some of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants across the globe, including three-Michelin-starred restaurants: Taillevent in Paris, the Galleria at Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan and Palladio at the Hotel Ritz Carlton in Shanghai, as well as Michelin-rated restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau.

 Greco has also worked alongside French chefs Alain Soliveres and Christian Rassinoux and a number of highly respected Italian chefs, such as Michelin-starred chef Paola Budel, protégé of the famous Chef Gualtiero Marchesi, and Chef Romano Resen, a legendary chef specializing in fine-dining Italian cuisine.

 Prior to his post in Amman, Greco’s most recent hospitality experience was in Indonesia, where he spent more than five years as the director of L’Avenue at The Hermitage Hotel.
