Six new F&B outlets solidify Al Qana’s position as a food destination

Al Qana, Abu Dhabi’s social dining and entertainment destination, has announced six new F&B concepts to its rapidly expanding culinary portfolio. The dynamic new concepts, including Grand Beirut, Wing It, Pinky Fish, Otoro, Oii, and Mado, have solidified Al Qana’s commitment to establishing itself as a world-class lifestyle destination.

Stuart Gissing, general manager at Al Qana, said: “At Al Qana, we are committed to curating extraordinary human experiences while cultivating a vibrant business ecosystem. Our six new food and beverage offerings are important in developing Al Qana into a diverse yet authentic destination in the heart of Abu Dhabi.”

“For the second year in a row, Abu Dhabi has been named ‘the most livable city in the region.’ The new ranking results from the government’s continued social and economic development and successful response to the challenges of the pandemic. Al Qana’s holistic concept will be critical in sustaining Abu Dhabi’s vision of providing a high standard of living to all residents and visitors,” added Stuart.

Niveen Ibrahim, COO at MBT Development and executive director at MBT Restaurant Management at Grand Beirut, said: “We have been waiting for the perfect location to bring forth our unique dining concept to Abu Dhabi. At Grand Beirut, we pay homage to the rich cultural traditions of the Levant. Moreover, our authentic, handcrafted menu focuses on enhancing the flavor of traditional Lebanese dishes instead of reinventing them.”

Al Qana introduces two additional concepts of MBT Management: Pinky Fish restaurant, a perfect milieu for seafood connoisseurs, and Wing It, serving everything from kebabs, wraps and fries to refreshing drinks.

Hasan Almarar, founder and owner of Otoro, said: “We are delighted to begin our journey in Abu Dhabi. Al Qana’s breathtaking views and diverse collection of cuisines makes it the perfect spot to introduce our contemporary spin on modern Japanese concept.”
