Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi welcomed Driss Bajtit, the new director of F&B. With more than 14 years’ experience across international markets and reputable brands in Spain, China, Morocco and the UAE, he will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and streamlining resources to maximize performance and quality standards. He is also expected to focus on creating bespoke F&B concepts to roll out across the resort.

Prior to joining Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas, Bajtit spearheaded the overall operations at the Venetian Village, a complex of standalone restaurants as well as the F&B division at the Radisson Blu Corniche Abu Dhabi Hotel.
